Meadow Springs is peacefully situated in large gardens stocked with shrubs, flowers, vegetables and fruit trees. There is ample off road parking. Our guests have the freedom to come and go as they please, having a separate entrance to their rooms.
Meadow Springs has been inspected by the English Tourist Council and awarded four stars, reflecting the high standard of the accommodation.

The modern, attractively furnished and well equipped ground floor rooms, one twin and one double, open directly onto a south-facing patio – ideal for enjoying an early evening drink on a warm summer’s evening!
Each room is equipped with freeview flat screen television, radio, refrigerator, hairdryer, shaver point and tea/coffee making facilities. The en-suite bathrooms have baths with showers over.

There is a sunny breakfast room for the exclusive use of our guests where you can relax and watch the birds feeding. Our ample breakfasts include fruit, cereals, yoghurts, full English (including sausages from a local butcher) and toast with home made preserves. We cater for special diets and will do our best to satisfy any specific requirements.

There is a wide variety of eating places within a few miles of Holme to suit all tastes, including the White Horse pub in the village which is within easy walking distance of Meadow Springs and is very popular with our guests. Also close by are the Lifeboat, Orange Tree and Old Coach House at Thornham, Michelin starred Neptune Inn at Old Hunstanton, the Gin Trap at Ringstead and The Ship Hotel at Brancaster. A little further afield, the King William at Sedgeford (six miles) is very popular, serving good, traditional pub grub - also try the Jolly Sailors, Brancaster Staithe for a delicious pizza.

Holme Bird Observatory and Norfolk Wildlife Trust are situated down near the beach and there are bird hides just a short walk away from Meadow Springs. The flagship RSPB reserve at Titchwell is close by and the Snettisham reserve around seven miles.
Two long distance footpaths – North Norfolk Coastal and the old roman road, Peddars Way – converge at Holme, allowing guests to enjoy many pleasant walks or longer hikes.

The traditional seaside town of Hunstanton, with banks, chemists, supermarkets and all the fun of the fair is just a short drive, or longer walk, away. For a more unusual shopping experience, try Burnham Market with its unique selection of shops clustered around the village green – be sure to visit the hat shop, reputed to have one of the largest selection in the country.
Sandringham House, H.M. the Queen’s country residence with its shops, restaurant and vast country estate is a very popular day out with our guests, also Norfolk Lavender at Heacham which offers tours to the Lavender fields as well as a well stocked shop, tea room, farm shop and Farmer Fred's Adventure Play Barn and Lavender Kitchen Restaurant.
The magnificent stately homes of Holkham Hall and Houghton Hall are also well worth visiting. While at Holkham, don't forget to take a walk on the beautiful beach.
Other places to see are Wells-next-the-Sea with it’s interesting collection of shops – try the fish and chips, very popular here! Further afield, the Georgian market town of Holt, the pilgrim village of Little Walsingham and the market towns of Swaffham (market day Saturday) and Fakenham (market day Thursday) are all interesting places to visit.

For more serious shopping, try King's Lynn with its Tuesday Market Place - here you will also find many historical buildings and a museum housing Sea Henge, a 2000 year old wooden circle, which was excavated from Holme-next-the-sea Beach in 1999.

From King’s Lynn, take the A149 to Hunstanton, approximately three miles through Hunstanton, on entering Holme-next-the-Sea, take the last left turn into Eastgate Road. Meadow Springs is approx. 200yds down on the left.
